3. AI & Automation Data Privacy

When evaluating or implementing AI solutions: access is limited, sensitive information is protected, and we agree in writing on what the AI model may and may not do before anything is deployed. We configure zero-retention API endpoints with enterprise providers.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your work belongs to you. Code, designs and technical documentation are transferred under signed commercial agreements upon milestone settlement.
