1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Prixel Studioz website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

2. Service Contracts & Statements of Work

All engineering engagements, whether fixed-scope, monthly team retainers, or partner delivery, are governed by an independent written agreement and statement of work agreed upon by both parties.

3. Work Ownership & Intellectual Property

As set forth in Section 2.9 and 2.12: ownership of the finished work (including source code, UI/UX designs, and documentation) passes to you as set out in our signed client contract upon receipt of agreed compensation.

4. Limitation of Liability

The website and marketing materials are provided on an "as-is" basis. Prixel Studioz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website access.
